Our library lies at the heart of the Selborne campus. The Old Boys will remember it as the old school hall. It was converted in 1976 during major school alterations. The balcony was extended to house books upstairs and a beautiful stained glass window by Leo Theron was added, bringing warmth and elegance to the interior.

Our library is alive with action throughout the day. We have adopted as our motto Roger Rosenblat's quote: “A library should be like a pair of open arms.”
The library exists not only to provide research and project resources to enrich classroom teaching but is also a regular venue for reading sessions, educational DVD's and a refuge or homework venue, ensuring that we are always busy. We also hope to stimulate interest in the wider world and to encourage a love of reading and lifelong learning and an extensive book collection caters to all tastes. There are also computers available for internet research.
Visitors are always welcome to pop in for a chat with the Librarian and a tour.
